Short Storytelling: Michael Jordan made the #1 Overall Draft Pick Cry in Front of his Team

Michael Jordan is arguably the greatest basketball player of all time and it's not a reach of a statement at all. If you disagree, there's bound to be a 40+ year old man on your street. Find him, and ask him who the greatest basketball player ever is, there's a 95% chance he says Michael Jordan according to me. I digress. I'm getting ahead of myself here. Michael is as incredible as he is, but there's always something else that comes with having so much talent, power, and ego. Michael Jordan in his playing days, was absolutely a psychopath in basketball terms, he would make up stuff to get himself amped up. Can you imagine a spelling bee of two kids where one is normal and just very skilled at spelling but the other kid is making himself angry because of fantasies that he made up? That is some scary stuff, but that kid is going to win. You have to be psycho about something to be the best.

Anyways, back to the short story. Michael Jordan was the man who drafted players for the Washington Wizards and one year, he had the first pick and used it on Kwame Brown in 2001. Kwame Brown was the first #1 pick out of high school. Michael Jordan, then a few months later, decided to return to the game of basketball and he had hopes of making Kwame Brown a quality player in the NBA. Jordan would keep bothering Kwame, frustrating him, and just being insanely tough on him to make him great. This unfortunately didn't seem to work so well for the both of them. There was one practice where Jordan really got under Kwame Brown's skin, and made him cry in front of his teammates.
