I know that it might seem crazy to think, but Michael Jordan might be Jimmy Butler’s father. Butler, Miami Heat’s star forward, was born in 1989. The same year that Jordan was engaged to a woman named Juanita. However, also in 1988, MJ had a child with another female. Their child is unknown to the public, and Jordan never raised his son himself.
Although Michael Jordan did not raise his son, he paid the mother of his son to support their child until he was 13 years old. This is the twist to the story. 13 years after 1989 was 2002. Jimmy Butler turned 13 in 2002. When Jimmy Butler turned 13, his mom kicked him out of the house for his behavior and said to him, “I don’t like the look of you. You gotta go.” The same year that Jordan stopped paying the mother of his child, was the same year that Jimmy Butler turned 13. The reason Jordan was paying the mother of his abandoned son was because of his engagement. He did not want to sabotage his future marriage. The crazy thing about this is that Butler’s father abandoned him at birth to “protect his name.” Coincidence? I think not.
Michael Jordan played the Dallas Mavericks in December 1988 in Texas. After this game, Jordan apparently stayed in Texas for a three day break before his next game. Nine months later, was September 1989, the same month that Jimmy Butler was born. The day that Jimmy Butler was born, 23 roses were sent to the same hospital that he was born in. 23 was also Michael Jordan’s jersey number.
Is Jimmy Butler the son of Michael Jordan? I cannot say for sure. The timeline matches up too perfectly. Butler’s mother left him with no money when she kicked him out of the house. My theory is that the money that his mother had during those thirteen years, was the money that his father was providing. Documents, shown by Butler’s mother, say that he was not kicked out of his house because of his attitude, rather it was because she stopped receiving payments. I do believe that his father could be Jordan. It is too perfect that Butler was born in 1989 and that was the same year that Jordan granted 13 years of money to his son’s mother.
