On March 25, 2022 rising Youtube sensation, Jidion (Jidon Adams), sat courtside at the Minnesota Timberwolves game against the Dallas Mavericks. However, he did not enjoy the courtside experience as other fans would. He brought his barber with him to the arena.

Towards the end of the fourth quarter, with the T-Wolves up 110-87, Jidion stood up on the court and asked the crowd if there was a barber. Of course, with this masterclass of an act, Jidion had his barber sitting in the second row. His barber, Mr. Fadez then sat Jidon Adams down in his chair and put a Louis Vuitton cape on him for his courtside haircut. Players such as Karl-Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards, and Michael Beasley were all having a good laugh out of it. Not only were the players having a good laugh out of it, Mark Cuban wanted to meet Jidion as well. Cuban, the owner of the Mavericks and Shark Tank host, approached the Youtube sensation and asked him to FaceTime his son. In addition, the Timberwolves camera man took the camera in front of Jidion as he was getting his haircut and televised him on the big screen as well as on television.

Karl-Anthony Towns plays a big role in this comedic effort. The NBA star has his own Youtube channel, and he reacted to a bunch of Jidion videos. Due to living in Houston and watching his videos, Towns’ agency reached out to Jidion via Instagram when the Timberwolves traveled to Houston to face the Rockets. They invited Jidion to the game to meet Towns. However, the Rockets security banned the social media star from Toyota Center as he was yelling towards Karl-Anthony Towns. The two never met until Jidion got his courtside haircut.

After the game, during press conferences, a reporter asked Karl-Anthony Towns what he thought about Jidion’s haircut. His reaction was priceless. Towns responded, “I would say that the Wolves could have kicked him out, just like Houston. But, there was no hair on the floor to effect the game, so it didn’t really matter at that point.” Jidion’s haircut proceeded to go viral on social media. It was posted on Bleacher Report’s Instagram, NBA.Com, ESPN’s Instagram and ESPN.com, and House of Highlight’s Instagram.
